1- THE MIRACULOUS TREE 108 Times

  • Inhale while raising your hands upwards & pushing them backwards
  • Exhale while touching the ground

2- TRIANGLE – COBRA 108 Times

  • Inhale while assuming the cobra position
  • Exhale while transitioning to the triangle position stretching the body backwards

3- PUSH UPS 108 Times

  • Inhale while extending your arms and pushing the floor
  • Exhale while bending your arms and bringing your nose close to the ground

4- LEGS 90° 108 Times

  • Inhale while elongating the body with the feet 5cm above the ground
  • Exhale while lifting the legs to 90° and raising the head to touch the chest

5- THE SWINGING 108 Times

  • With the body extended, inhale while swinging the hands and legs backwards
  • Exhale while forcefully bringing the body forward and standing up

6- THE FROG 108 Times

  • Inhale while placing the hands and feet on the ground
  • Exhale while sitting in the frog position. Keep the hands on the ground

7- TIGER CLAWS 108 Times

  • Sit on your heels, arms raised, and hands in a tiger claw position
  • Inhale while crossing the arms above and behind the head
  • exhale while lowering the arms to hip level
